- Is it free to claim my venue?
- Yes. Your venue profile, vibe categories, events and chat features are available for free. Optional paid products include Discovery Boost, calendar advertising and the introductory Starter Pack. Ticket sales require your own connected Stripe or Mollie account.
- What does ticketing cost?
- Payments are processed through your connected Stripe or Mollie account, and standard payment provider fees apply. For events with paid tickets, ForVibes charges a one-off platform fee per event based on its capacity, starting at €19 for up to 50 people. Free events pay no platform fee.
- Can I sell tickets through ForVibes?
- Yes. Connect your Stripe or Mollie account, set up ticket types and start selling tickets for your events. Available features include discount codes, affiliate links, waiting lists and ticket transfer links. Staff can use the available ticket scanning tools at the entrance.
- How do guest vouchers work?
- You choose the rewards and conditions for your vouchers. Visitors can qualify by sharing content and meeting the requirements of your promotion. Staff can scan vouchers when they are redeemed. You can grant scanning permissions without giving staff access to the entire dashboard.
- Can I embed content or tickets on my website?
- Yes. The Integration tab provides available embeds and QR codes for your vibe feed, upcoming events, category information and ticket checkout. Tracking parameters can help you understand where visitors come from.
- What is a vibe?
- A vibe is a short photo or video shared by someone at your venue. It gives other people a glimpse of the atmosphere and helps them discover places through real experiences rather than relying solely on written reviews.
- What is the Action Centre?
- The Action Centre brings together practical information such as peak activity periods, suggested content tags, local insights and promotion suggestions. It is designed to help you decide what to do next without overwhelming you with unnecessary notifications.
- What is VenueOS?
- VenueOS turns those insights into tips for your next night: when it gets busy, what to promote, where to staff. You approve every action. Nothing runs on its own.
- Can I post jobs on ForVibes?
- Yes. Post vacancies where students and young people already look for a night out. Your first vacancy is free. You stay the employer: ForVibes connects you with candidates.
- Do I need advertising to be visible?
- No. Your public venue page, organic discovery and calendar listings can be available without paid promotion. Advertising is optional and can be used when you want to give selected content additional exposure.

What it costs
Posting vacancies is always free, one at a time: when one closes or expires, you post the next one at no cost. Every vacancy is online for 90 days and can be renewed. Your plan decides how many vacancies you can have open at the same time, and AI features such as filling in the form from your existing vacancy start at Pro. Applications, the applicant dashboard and analytics are in every plan, with no fee per applicant or hire.

ForVibes connects you with candidates. It does not employ them, pay wages or issue contracts. You agree the contract, the pay and the legal checks with the people you select, directly or through your own staffing partner.
Give a team member the Recruiter role: vacancies and applicants only, no tickets or finances. Applicants' details stay in your dashboard and are anonymised a year after a vacancy closes.

Every vacancy is online for 90 days and can be renewed. There is never a fee per applicant or hire.
Who applies?
Mostly students and young people who already use ForVibes to find nights out. They apply with their ForVibes account, so you get their name and e-mail. If you ask for it, also their phone number and CV.
Can I recruit for one festival with several roles?
Yes. Link several vacancies (bar, scanning, runners, stage) to the same event, each with its own shifts, and see the recruitment per event.
Can people apply on our own website instead?
Yes. Choose "on our own website" and add the link; ForVibes then sends applicants to your application page.
Does ForVibes check certificates?
Candidates can upload evidence, which a ForVibes admin reviews; you see whether a certificate is verified or only self-reported. We do not check with the issuing organisation. If a certificate is required for the work, you can require it to be verified before you confirm someone.
Is ForVibes the employer of the people I hire?
No. You hire and pay them yourself. ForVibes is the platform that brings you together.
Can I set a minimum age?
Only where the law requires it, for example for serving alcohol, and you state the reason. Never ask for nationality, gender or other personal characteristics.
