Lemongrass is a French restaurant sitting right on the second inner harbor in Scheveningen, and it's been a staple there since 1996. It's part of the Vigo Family, a Hague hospitality family with deep roots in the area, so you're getting that classic, personal touch you only get from a family-run spot. The kitchen is all about refined, seasonal cooking with a serious focus on fish. They try to keep as much North Sea fish on the menu as possible, caught nearby and always fresh. And if you're into wine, this place is kind of a big deal: they were named the best wine restaurant in the Netherlands back in 2007, and they've only doubled down since.
