Bara

Bara is a yoga studio in Zutphen, but it’s not the sterile, intimidating kind. It’s run by Emmy, and the whole vibe is pretty personal. You can book classes online through Momoyoga, but if you have questions, you can just text or WhatsApp her directly. That alone tells you a lot about how this place operates. The space is called Studio BARA N53, and you can drop in for a Bara Yoga class or join online if you’re not feeling the commute. There’s also Japanese lessons, Thai yoga, and osteothai massage on the menu, so it’s more than just one thing. If you’re new, there’s a trial class for €10, which is a decent way to test the waters without committing to anything. What makes it worth a visit is the flexibility. You can grab a single class, a 10-class card, or a monthly subscription, and if you cancel 24 hours ahead, the class goes back to your balance. They even raffle off leftover classes so people who can’t afford it can still join. That’s a nice touch, honestly. It’s a small, community…
