1. What ForVibes is

ForVibes is a vibe-first platform: short photo and video moments from people who are at a place, discovery feeds, event calendars, location chats and festival AI Q&A. It is not a traditional review site or feedback form.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
• You need a valid account for features like uploading vibes, saving favorites and private festival AI chat.
• Business accounts are for venues, festivals and organisers who manage their presence on the platform.

3. Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm other users, venues or the platform.

4. Vibes and user content

• A vibe is a short photo or video captured while you are at a location, with live context proof. Retrospective uploads without that context are not allowed.
• You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a licence to host, display, adapt format and promote it on ForVibes and related channels so the service works.
• Do not post illegal, hateful, misleading, sexually explicit or rights-infringing content.
• We may remove content or restrict features if it violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Chat and festival AI

• Meetup chats and city chats are community spaces. Be respectful. No spam, harassment or dangerous illegal activity.
• Festival AI answers are generated from public festival sources and may be incomplete or outdated. Always check official ticket and safety info before you travel.
• Free AI question limits and unlock rules can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted chat or AI availability.

6. Business accounts

Businesses are responsible for accurate event info, ticket links and brand assets they publish. Paid features, ads and subscriptions have separate pricing and billing terms shown at checkout.

We may scrape public websites to enrich event and venue pages. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, contact us.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, reverse engineer or overload the platform without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a venue or event.
• Upload malware, manipulate ratings or vibe counts, or create fake engagement.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our privacy and cookie policy.

9. Liability

ForVibes is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or decisions you make based on user content or AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
