Cafecito
Cafecito is a coffee roaster and espressobar in Amsterdam South that takes the whole bean-to-cup thing way more seriously than your average spot. They roast their own beans, grind them fresh, and have baristas who actually know what they're doing. It's not just about caffeine here, it's about the craft. The space itself is minimalist, all natural materials and no extra noise. Just coffee, done properly. They're big on going back to basics, which translates into a consistent cup all year round. Even the water temperature is dialed in at 93 degrees, because apparently that's the sweet spot. If you're into coffee that tastes like someone actually cared about it, this is your place. No gimmicks, just quality. They've got multiple locations across Amsterdam, so you're probably never too far from a solid espresso.
