Da Roberto
Da Roberto was that one spot in Maastricht where you could just vibe, no pretentiousness, just good drinks, solid food, and a crowd that actually felt like they belonged. Think: a mix of cozy booths and a bar that didn’t take itself too seriously, the kind of place where you’d go for a casual beer with friends or a low-key date night. They had a solid menu (Italian, but not the overpriced tourist trap kind), a decent wine list, and a playlist that wasn’t just corporate pop. Plus, the staff didn’t treat you like an inconvenience, which is rare. RIP to a Maastricht staple.
