Crush

Berlin, Germany

Crush isn't a bar or a club. It's a Berlin-based acting agency, founded in 2016 by Kathrin Kruschke, who previously ran the agency MAGNET for five years. So if you're looking for a place to grab drinks, this isn't it. But if you're into film, TV, or theater, this is where the people who make that happen are represented. The roster is huge. We're talking actors, authors, and directors, all handled under one roof. Kruschke and her team cover everything from film and television to theater, radio, readings, audiobooks, and commercial work. It's full-service representation, basically. What makes it worth knowing about? The sheer range of talent. The list includes established names alongside newer faces, with a lot of them based right in Berlin. If you're casting, producing, or just curious about who's who in the German acting scene, this is a solid place to start. It's less about a vibe and more about the work.
