Brouwerij het Veem is a brewery, tasting room, and bottle shop all in one, tucked inside a former Philips warehouse on Strijp S. The building itself has been around since 1942, so the whole place carries that industrial, slightly nostalgic vibe. You're basically drinking beer inside a piece of Eindhoven history. The main thing here: the brewery is right in the tasting room. Like, they're brewing live while you sit there with your drink. If you're into beer at all, it's genuinely cool to watch the process up close and ask the brewer questions if they're mid-batch. No need to be a beer nerd to appreciate it, but if you are, this is your spot. They've got their own brews plus a rotating selection from other Dutch and international breweries, 24 on tap. And if you want to take some home, the shop carries over 700 different bottles. That's a lot of beer, even by Dutch standards.
