Bean

Berlin, Germany

Bean is a small bar in Berlin that keeps it pretty simple: champagne, natural wine, and absinthe. That's the whole menu, and honestly, that's kind of the point. No overcomplicated cocktails, no fuss. Just three things done properly. The space itself feels more like a friend's living room than a typical bar. Low-key, intimate, the kind of place where you can actually hear the person next to you. It's not trying to be a scene, it's trying to be a good night. They're open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 17.00 to 23.59, which adds to the whole "we do what we want" energy. You're not gonna stumble in here on a random Wednesday. You have to plan it a little, which honestly makes it feel more special. If you're into natural wine or just want to try absinthe without the whole theatrical setup, this is your spot. It's a vibe, not a production.
