Founded in 2023 by Salvo and Rick, two guys with over 50 years of hospitality experience between them, this Rotterdam spot runs on quality drinks and better service. No stiff, formal bar energy here. It's more like walking into a show where the drinks are the main act. The focus is on cocktails, wines, beers, and small bites, but they've also got a new bagel bar open next door at Deli Break. So you can hit the bar for drinks and then grab a bagel without overthinking it. They're open from Wednesday through Sunday, starting at 15:00, so it's more of a late afternoon and evening kind of place.
