History
In het academische jaar van 1991/1992, zijn de faculteit van sociale en milieuwetenschappen een Economisch project begonnen in Utrecht. Het doel hiervan was het samenbrengen van studenten met een economisch interesse van de verschillende faculteiten. Ellis Elting, Marcel van Haasteren en Pepijn Nicolas hebben de Economische Combinatie Utrecht 1992 opgericht op 24 maart 1992 in de Bondsraadzaal van het Vakbondsmuseum ter Amsterdam. Door de jaren heen is ECU’92 een van de grootste studieverenigingen in Utrecht geworden.
Activities
We organiseren rond de 70 evenementen per jaar, voor zowel master als bachelor studenten. Deze evenementen variëren tussen sociale, content en carrière gerelateerde evenementen.
Mission & vision
Het doel van ECU’92 is het promoten van sociale connecties tussen economische studenten, het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van het onderwijs bij Utrecht School of Economics, het kleiner maker van het gat tussen theory and praktijk en het verbeteren van de relatie tussen alumni en studenten.
