't Koffieboontje is a specialty coffee bar on the Oudegracht in Utrecht, and honestly, it's the kind of place where you can just exist. Sit in the window bench or the hanging chair, watch the canal, and pretend you live there. No one's rushing you. The coffee setup is serious: beans from different countries, pulled on a La Marzocco KB90 custom. Filter lovers get V60, Aeropress, or Moccamaster. They also do tea, from classic green and white to fresh ginger or mint, all seasonal. And if you've got allergies, they've got you: breakfast, lunch, and treats that skip gluten, lactose, and sugar. Everything's aiming for 100% organic too. It's run by Mustapha, Brahim, and Aziz, and the vibe is basically "make yourself at home." Want to chat, study, or just read a book with a decent view? That's the whole point. Open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 17:00, Sunday from 9:30. Closed on New Year's and Christmas, so plan accordingly.
