The Nachtcafe has been part of Leipzig's club scene since 1998, and after a four year break it came back in April 2024 with a new concept: a bar and club for people 25 and up. The whole point is giving the older crowd a proper, familiar safe space to go out, which honestly hits different when most venues cater to students. The bar is on the ground floor and opens Fridays and Saturdays from 8 pm. The music is pure 90s and 2000s hip hop and RnB, so expect to feel 1999 again while sipping an Espresso Martini or SartiSpritz. The dance floor downstairs opens at 11 pm, and the whole place keeps a cozy, laid back vibe. It's not just a bar though. The Nachtcafe is a mix of club, bar, and open space, with room for creativity and just doing your own thing.
