Genuss-Event sits in the Speicher I in Bremen's Überseestadt, and it's basically a big, light-flooded loft that does three things: cooking, meeting, and celebrating. Run by Robert and Laura Thieler, the space is for anyone who wants to cook together as a team or friend group, book a proper cooking course, or just rent the room for a private or corporate thing. The cooking side is the heart of it. Their pro chefs guide you through creating full menus, so you're not just eating, you're actually learning stuff about food and drinks along the way. If you'd rather not lift a finger, they'll handle catering with a buffet or dinner instead. There are also public cooking courses covering everything from Asian to German cuisine, fish to meat. They've got themed ones coming up, like Ostnostalgie with Robert himself, and a fish course with Bodes that's apparently in the works for spring 2027.
