They moved out of the city center after 17 years and landed in the Südviertel with a big outdoor terrace and actual parking, which honestly feels like a luxury in Aachen. The vibe is less "trendy hotspot" and more "neighborhood place that knows what it's doing." Also worth knowing: they run monthly sushi-making classes if you've ever wanted to impress people with homemade rolls. And the lunch menus switch up weekly, so there's a reason to come back beyond just craving edamame. Closed Mondays, open from 4pm most days, earlier on weekends.
