The owner left Antwerp for Pforzheim 25 years ago, missed the unpolished, laid-back vibe of home, and decided to recreate it here. The result is a spot where laughing, eating, and drinking are basically the whole point. The menu keeps it simple and good: bagels, eggs Benedict, French toast, and a proper French cheese selection. No overthinking, just food that hits right. They're open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 to 15:00, so it's your classic morning-to-early-afternoon kind of place. Sundays are for resting, apparently. If you're planning to go with people, reservations are taken by phone during the week. There's also the option to grab a gift voucher online if you know someone who'd appreciate a good bagel moment. It's not trying to be anything it's not.
