- Is it free to claim my venue?
- Yes. Your venue profile, vibe categories, events and chat features are available for free. Optional paid products include Discovery Boost, calendar advertising and the introductory Starter Pack. Ticket sales require your own connected Stripe or Mollie account.
- What does ticketing cost?
- Payments are processed through your connected Stripe or Mollie account, and standard payment provider fees apply. For events with paid tickets, ForVibes charges a one-off platform fee per event based on its capacity, starting at €19 for up to 50 people. Free events pay no platform fee.
- Can I sell tickets through ForVibes?
- Yes. Connect your Stripe or Mollie account, set up ticket types and start selling tickets for your events. Available features include discount codes, affiliate links, waiting lists and ticket transfer links. Staff can use the available ticket scanning tools at the entrance.
- How do guest vouchers work?
- You choose the rewards and conditions for your vouchers. Visitors can qualify by sharing content and meeting the requirements of your promotion. Staff can scan vouchers when they are redeemed. You can grant scanning permissions without giving staff access to the entire dashboard.
- Can I embed content or tickets on my website?
- Yes. The Integration tab provides available embeds and QR codes for your vibe feed, upcoming events, category information and ticket checkout. Tracking parameters can help you understand where visitors come from.
- What is a vibe?
- A vibe is a short photo or video shared by someone at your venue. It gives other people a glimpse of the atmosphere and helps them discover places through real experiences rather than relying solely on written reviews.
- What is the Action Centre?
- The Action Centre brings together practical information such as peak activity periods, suggested content tags, local insights and promotion suggestions. It is designed to help you decide what to do next without overwhelming you with unnecessary notifications.
- What is VenueOS?
- VenueOS turns those insights into tips for your next night: when it gets busy, what to promote, where to staff. You approve every action. Nothing runs on its own.
- Can I post jobs on ForVibes?
- Yes. Post vacancies where students and young people already look for a night out. Your first vacancy is free. You stay the employer: ForVibes connects you with candidates.
- Do I need advertising to be visible?
- No. Your public venue page, organic discovery and calendar listings can be available without paid promotion. Advertising is optional and can be used when you want to give selected content additional exposure.

What it costs
Your association profile, member management and vibes are free. For paid member-only tickets with a fixed number of places, you pay no platform fee.
For other paid events the regular ticketing platform fee applies: one fixed amount per event, based on the number of paid tickets. Free events cost nothing. Payment costs from Stripe or Mollie are charged by them, on your own account.

The money goes to your association
Tickets are paid through your association's own Stripe or Mollie account. ForVibes does not hold your ticket money: members pay your association directly, and the payment provider pays out to your association's bank account.
A new board? Add the new board members to your dashboard and remove the old ones. The association, its members and its history stay where they are.

Is my association already on ForVibes?
Probably. More than a thousand study, student and sports associations are listed. Search for yours and claim it; if it is missing, you can add it.
Who can manage our member list?
Member management is available to verified, claimed associations from our student association directory. After claiming, you find your members in the dashboard under Members.
How does a student become a member on ForVibes?
The student links your association in their ForVibes profile. The request appears in your dashboard, where you approve or reject it. The student gets a message either way.
How many member tickets can one member buy?
One per member-only ticket type, so every ticket goes to an approved member.
Is the ticket service free for associations?
Yes, for member tickets: study, student and sports associations pay no platform fee on paid member-only tickets with a fixed number of places. Open tickets for other paid events pay the regular one-off platform fee per event; free events never pay.
Do we need a subscription?
No. Your profile, member management and ticket sales work without a ForVibes subscription.
What does our treasurer get?
Per event: gross sales, discounts, completed refunds, net revenue and the expected payout, a chart of sales over time and the orders. Everything can be exported to CSV and Excel. With the Treasurer role your treasurer sees only the finances.
