Lakecia Benjamin

The Vibe

Lakecia Benjamin hits Newmorning on October 13, 2026. One name on the bill, and that's the point. If live music that hits different is your thing, this is the night.

The line-up

Lakecia Benjamin, live. Genres listed: indie, pop, hip-hop, r-and-b, jazz, disco. That mix is a Zero Skip Playlist waiting to happen. No filler sets, no waiting around for the main act. She is the main act.

When to pull up

Doors and set times aren't posted yet, so keep an eye on updates and don't roll up late. This one has Afterhours energy written all over it. The room fills, the sound hits, and you're either in it or you're outside wondering what happened.

Real talk

It's a concert, not a festival. No lineup maze, no running between stages. Just one artist and a room that actually listens. If you need a hundred things happening at once, this isn't that. If you want R&B and jazz-adjacent live energy that stays with you, it's Worth the Queue.

Insider tips

Set times aren't out yet. Check Newmorning's channels the week of, then plan your arrival around the opener-less format.
Eat before. A single-artist night means no wandering to grab food mid-set.
Tag Ready: post the moment, not the whole set. Your camera roll will thank you.
