De KoffiePod is basically a mobile coffee bar run by Rik and Elsbeth, two baristas who ditched the regular retail life for something way better. It started at Station Europapark in Groningen, born out of pure frustration: no coffee in sight while waiting for the train. So they built their own solution. A food trailer turned espresso bar, shaped like a pod. That's where the name comes from. You'll find them at festivals, weddings, parties, and other events across the north. Sometimes they pop up by the harbor in Noordlaren, next to the church, but that's a surprise. Check their Instagram if you want to catch them there.
