Tanzstudio Rebecca

Tanzstudio Rebecca is where Munich's Zouk scene actually lives. Two studios on Anglerstrasse: White Studio up on the third floor, Orange on the first, and between them there's pretty much always something happening. Classes run most weeknights, socials land on Saturdays, and yes, there are actual parties, not just lessons. Never danced before? Cool, you can start anytime. No partner needed either, everyone rotates, so you're not stuck waiting on the sidelines. Teachers here care a lot about doing the movements safely, which matters if your back has opinions. People with back issues often say Zouk helps. Not a promise, just what they report. What to bring: comfy clothes you can sweat in, indoor shoes (not your street ones, please), spare shirt, towel, deodorant, mints, water. That's the whole list. If you don't own dance shoes yet, socks work fine for your first time. It's a community thing more than a class thing. Show up, dance with strangers, leave knowing people.
