Soepp is what happens when a vintage shop, a vegetarian restaurant, and your coolest friend's living room decide to merge into one building. It's been Alkmaar's go-to veggie spot since 2014, serving breakfast, lunch, drinks, and dinner every day. The vibe is basically "hipster grandma": think kringloop furniture, vintage games, a dress-up box, and two cats named Wolf and Beer just lounging around. Pets are welcome too, which automatically makes it one of the friendliest spots in town. The food is 100% vegetarian, mostly vegan and gluten-free adaptable, and everything is organic. They keep the menu small and switch it up daily based on what's in season, so nothing goes to waste. You can also crash here: there are four vintage-style apartments upstairs, which apparently got some TV fame on a B&B show.
