The vibe is less Amsterdam nightlife, more countryside cafe with a serious commitment to local sourcing. The whole thing runs on nearby produce. Meat for the breakfast rolls comes from Harker's Farm Shop, eggs from Vale of Belvoir chickens, bread from Hambleton Bakery delivered fresh every Saturday. They even stock cheese from Colston Bassett Dairy and Cropwell Bishop Creamery. Coffee is roasted by 200 Degrees in Nottingham, ground in-house by trained baristas. If you want, you can add a syrup shot for extra zing. It's a cafe and shop, so you can grab a sandwich made fresh daily or take some of that local cheese home with you.
