Sahhara is the working world of Heather Sahhara, an artist who has been drawing and painting people and animals since she could hold a pencil. No formal gallery space, no white cubes. This is about the work itself: portraits in charcoal, pastel, and paint, built over a 25-year career that started with drawing strangers at local markets and malls. The space is her practice, really. She’s done commissions, summer festivals, group shows, and solo shows at various venues across Berlin. The vibe is less "exhibition opening" and more "someone who genuinely obsesses over capturing a face."
