Oma Ietje is a café restaurant in Amsterdam Zuidoost that basically wants you to feel at home. And honestly, the vibe checks out. They've got proper vegetarian and vegan options too, so nobody's left staring at a sad side salad. You can roll through for lunch, dinner, or just a drink in between. Kitchen hours run 11:00 to 15:30 for lunch and 16:30 to 21:30 for dinner, so there's a decent window to get fed. Open Tuesday through Saturday until 23:00, Sunday and Monday until 22:00. Reservations for up to 12 people go through their site, bigger groups just email. Also worth knowing: they've got a sister spot called Café Pigalle about 200 meters away.
