Mattermind

Berlin, Germany

Mattermind Labs is a Berlin-based software company, not a venue in the usual sense. It's run by Chris Sattinger, and the whole thing is built around helping Climate Tech and Renewable Energy startups get their products off the ground. The work is project-based: MVP discovery and rapid prototyping, team augmentation when hiring feels impossible, cloud engineering, data pipelines, API development, Kubernetes maintenance. Basically the technical heavy lifting that startups need but can't always staff for. Case studies show hands-on work like building an MVP for Briink Intelligence and setting up AWS architectures. If you're a founder in Climate Tech who needs a senior engineer without the full-time commitment, this is the kind of place you'd reach out to. It's practical, no fluff, just getting things built.
