Matrixx

Matrixx is the name behind some of the biggest party concepts in the Netherlands. They run Dreamfields Festival, Hard & Hollands, Oktoberfest, Lingepop, and Brabantse Vrienden, plus they take over three packed locations in Nijmegen’s city center during the Vierdaagsefeesten. If you’ve been to any of those, you already know the vibe. If you haven’t, that’s on you. They’re not a single venue anymore, they’re an event machine. The calendar is stacked with everything from free park parties like Matrixx at the Park and Live aan de Kade to full-scale festivals at places like Aquabest and De Berendonck. There’s also a big one coming up: end of 2026 marks 25 years of Club Matrixx, celebrated with four reunion parties at Vasim in Nijmegen. What makes it worth your time is the range. One weekend you’re at a free outdoor thing by the river, the next you’re at a massive festival in the middle of nowhere with thousands of people. They don’t do subtle, they do parties. Big ones. If that’s your thing…
