KopieKoffie is exactly what it sounds like: a copy shop and coffee bar in one, tucked into the Buitenhof neighborhood in Delft. The vibe is less "commercial chain" and more "neighborhood living room where you can also print your thesis." It's a social enterprise started by locals, so the whole point is making people feel seen, not just selling flat whites. You can grab proper barista coffee (cappuccino, flat white, chai latte, the usual suspects) and something sweet like a cinnamon roll or appeltaart. All the food is halal, and you can swap in oat milk for a small upcharge. If you need to get stuff done, there's free workspace, plus self-service printing and scanning on A4 and A3. They even have loaner laptops if you need to print straight from your email. The space runs on low-key community energy.
