Rotation Berlin is a hiking club, not a venue in the usual sense. No DJs, no drinks, just a group of about 150 people who have been organizing guided day hikes in and around Berlin and Brandenburg since the 1950s. They run multiple walks a week, usually in small groups of 10 to 15, covering 14 to 35 km at a solid pace. Some tours go further, even into Poland or beyond for multi-day trips. The guides know their stuff: nature, history, architecture, whatever the route has to offer. You don't need to be a member to join, just show up and pay 2 euros per hike. If you're the type who actually enjoys walking 20 km on a Saturday, this is your crowd. They even publish quarterly schedules with full route descriptions if you want to plan ahead.
