Exit Hannover

Exit Hannover is part of the Exitmania network, a crew that's been building team events since 2014. They're not about sitting in a conference room pretending to bond. This is about getting outside, solving puzzles, and actually working together without some moderator hovering over you. The whole thing runs on a simple idea: you book, you show up, you play. They've automated the process so booking, starting, and support happen without the usual waiting around. Whether you're dragging your coworkers out for a team day or rounding up friends for something that isn't another dinner, the games are designed to get people talking and figuring things out together. What makes it worth your time is the scale. They operate in over 1,900 cities, so the format is tested and actually works. No awkward first-time jank. Just show up, get your mission, and see if your group can crack it before time runs out.
