Eselstall

Eselstall is the event and café side of Kaufmannsladen in Königswinter, right at the foot of the Drachenfels. It’s part culture café, part bookshop, part venue, and honestly, the vibe is more “local hangout” than “tourist stop.” The space leans into that Siebengebirge history, but without making it feel like a museum. Coffee comes from the Eselbohne, roasted in Bonn, and they’re serious about it. You can also get a glass of wine from the region or a gin tonic with the local Siegfried Gin.
