Domo

Domo is the studio and practice of Patrick Domo, a self-taught painter born in Bavaria who spent years working in Berlin before moving back in 2024. The space is less about a typical gallery vibe and more about the work itself: figures in spaces that feel caught between memory and invention, with the noise stripped away. Domo plans everything before he starts, the composition, the figures, the architecture, then paints it all in one session, often twenty-four hours straight, wet-in-wet. The prepared parts are the bones; the uncontrollable parts are what make the paintings feel alive. That tension is basically the whole point. His work has shown at Art Paris, the Affordable Art Fair in Milan, and the Van Gogh Gallery in Madrid, and it sits in private collections across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, and the US.
