The Forum am Park is basically Heidelberg's answer to "we need a space that doesn't suck for our next seminar." It's been renting out meeting rooms since 2008, and honestly, they've figured it out by now. You get 158 m² split across five rooms, with mobile walls so you can flex the space however you need. Whether it's a small workshop or something for up to 150 people, the setup works. Everything's climate-controlled, barrier-free, and they've got proper tech: beamers, mics, flipcharts, the whole deal. Plus induction loops for anyone with hearing aids, which is a nice touch not enough places bother with. Location is genuinely solid. Right by the Seegarten tram stop, walking distance to the city center, and there's a park, an Italian spot, and a supermarket nearby if you need a break or a bite.
