Corner Bakery
Corner Bakery is basically what happens when you decide diets are a tomorrow problem. It's a spot for people who take their food seriously, but not themselves. Think over-the-top sandwiches, cakes, and homemade freak shakes that look like they belong in a museum, except you get to eat them. They even have salads, so you can pretend you're being healthy before you order the dessert. You can roll through for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and they've got options for everyone: vegan, gluten free, halal, and more. It's an all-day breakfast and brunch kind of place, so your Sunday morning can start at 2 PM if that's your vibe. The whole thing is built around giving you a proper cheat day experience, no judgment, just food. They're in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and Nieuw-West, plus Maastricht. If you're the type who likes your meals loud, messy, and memorable, this is your spot. Just leave the diet at home.
