Camping Ganspoort is not an actual campsite. The name is a bit of a joke, and the tent is purely figurative. It's a restaurant and cafe in Utrecht where you can post up from breakfast until dinner, watch the boats on the Vaartsche Rijn, and pretend you're on holiday without having to sleep on the ground. The kitchen runs all day: breakfast from 08:00 (10:00 on weekends), lunch until 16:00, and dinner until 21:00. If you're in a rush, there's a take-away counter for coffee. The vibe is more "hang out as long as you want" than "eat and leave." If it's quiet, there's no end time on your reservation, which is a rare flex these days. They also host stuff. Monday nights are for games with Subcultures, no sign-up needed, just walk in.
