All Bar One Waterloo
All Bar One Waterloo is exactly what it sounds like: a stylish city bar that does the whole drinks and sharing plates thing properly. Think expertly crafted cocktails, premium wines, and world beers, all in a space that's actually designed for hanging out, not just squeezing in and out. The food is globally inspired sharing plates, so it's made for grazing with a group rather than a stiff formal dinner. Whether you're there for weekend brunch, after-work drinks, or something that turns into a late-night celebration, it fits the vibe. They also do Bottomless Brunch and Cocktail Masterclasses if you want to make an occasion out of it. It's the kind of place that works for pretty much any plan. Saturday with friends, drinks with colleagues, a birthday that needs a proper setting. The space is designed to look good, and the drinks are the main event. If you're in Waterloo and need a reliable spot that doesn't feel like a chain, this is it.
