History

De vereniging is opgericht in 1986 als studievereniging voor scheikundestudenten. Hiervoor was er een vereniging voor de subfaculteit Scheikunde genaamd de UCC, de Utrechtse Chemische Club. 29 jaar na de oprichting van U.S.S. Proton konden ook studenten van de nieuwe studierichting Molecular Life Sciences lid worden. De vereniging heeft verschillende kamers gehad en is nu al sinds 2015 gevestigd in het Victor J. Koningsbergergebouw.

Activities

Activiteiten lopen uiteen van weekenden, reisjes, borrels, feesten tot symposia, lunchlezing, sportavondjes en nog veel meer.

Mission & vision

De Scheikunde- en MLS-studenten voorzien van een gezellige studententijd, studieboeken, carrièreoriëntatie en een leuke plek in het Universiteitsgebouw.
