Lucifer Coffee Roasters is basically Eindhoven's specialty coffee playground. Three spots in the city, each with its own vibe. The HQ at Bleekweg is where the roasting happens, open Monday to Friday. Then there are two coffee bars, at Kleine Berg and Kennedyplein, open every day from 7:30. So whether you need a quick to-go or want to actually sit down, they've got you covered. The whole thing is about the beans. They roast everything themselves, treating each batch like a science project to pull out the right flavors. You can grab an espresso, try one of their blends, or go for a filter coffee. People also rate the flat whites and cold brew pretty highly. If you're into the process, you can watch the baristas work or even join a workshop.
