Expreszo is a coffee and tea shop on the Hoogstraat in Schiedam, run by Judy and Miranda. It’s part shop, part tearoom, and they’re clearly serious about what they sell. You can browse their range of coffee origins, blends, and a whole wall of tea: black, green, rooibos, herbal, fruit mixes. Plus accessories and gift stuff if you’re looking for something to take home. The space itself is lowkey. You can sit down in the tearoom for a drink, and they also have a vintage section, which gives the place a bit more character than your average coffee spot. They rotate a coffee and tea of the month, so there’s always something new to try. In August it was a Brasil-Ethiopia summer blend and a goji lemonade iced tea, which sounds exactly right for a warm day. It’s open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 to 17:00, with the tearoom closing half an hour earlier.
