Ziber

Ziber is a communication platform for schools and childcare, not a venue. It's a Dutch software tool that connects parents, teachers, and childcare staff in one place. The core idea is simple: less chaos, more clarity. You get two apps. One for the team, one for parents. The parent app, Kwieb, handles the day to day stuff: messages, photo albums, activity sign ups, absence reports, even payment requests. It also translates everything into over 40 languages automatically, which is genuinely useful if not everyone speaks the same language at home. The team app gives staff a personal dashboard, group management, and a "do not disturb" mode so you're not getting pinged at 9pm about a lost jacket. There's also a digital info screen and API integrations if your school wants to go full tech stack. It's not flashy. It's just practical. If you've ever dealt with the group chat nightmare of school communication, you get why this exists. Rated 4.8 out of 5 by parents, so apparently it works.
