Two Chefs Taproom is a Phuket staple that started back in 2000 when two Swedish guys, Billy and Henrik, decided to turn their holiday love affair with the island into something real. The whole thing is built on quality over quantity, mixing local ingredients with imported stuff to keep both tourists and locals happy. It's not trying to be fancy, it's just trying to be good. The vibe is pretty straightforward: come for the food, stay for the fun. There's live music from the Two Chefs band, which is kind of their whole thing, and the menu is international comfort food done right. They've got two locations, Kata Beach and Karon Beach, each with its own slightly different energy. Kata is more relaxed and cozy, open from 8 AM to 11 PM.
