Roundhouse is one of those places that somehow does everything. It's a massive circular venue in Camden, originally built as a railway engine repair shed in the 1800s, and now it's a gig space, comedy hub, and creative playground all in one. The main room is huge and round, which means there's genuinely no bad spot to stand. The vibe is raw and industrial, but in a way that feels intentional, not try-hard. You can catch everything from electronic club nights to live bands to the Roundhouse Comedy Festival, which brings in names like Sara Pascoe, Joe Lycett, and Kristen Schaal. There's also a whole youth programme for 11 to 30 year olds, with workshops, courses, and events for musicians, artists, poets, and filmmakers. If you're in that age range and trying to figure your craft out, this is lowkey one of the best places in London to do it.
