Knus has been the go-to spot in the Delftse Hout since 1994, and it started as basically just a boathouse. Walkers, cyclists, and families would stop by for coffee by the water, and it grew into something bigger because the vibe was just easy. The current building went up in 2000, and now it's a full venue with a large terrace, indoor spaces, and room for everything from casual drinks to full weddings. It's not just a restaurant. You can come for lunch on the terrace, rent pedal boats, play jeu de boules, or try the escapebox. There's also a playground and even a workspace if you need to get stuff done somewhere that doesn't feel like an office. The food side covers group lunches, BBQ packages, shared dining, and breakfast buffets, so it works for a quick bite or a whole event. What makes it worth the trip is the setting.
