EEE is not a venue in the traditional sense. It's a free, unofficial, democratic people organization built around experiential learning. No paid speakers, no conference themes, no corporate structure. Just educators, trainers, therapists, and coaches who show up to share what they know and learn from each other. The annual conference has been running since 1997 and has hopped across nearly 20 countries, from Türkiye to Alaska, Taiwan, and even a ship in the Mediterranean. Every year the community votes on the next host. The program itself is built collectively on day one, so the people who show up decide what actually happens. Workshops are run by participants, not hired experts. What makes it worth checking out is the informality. Everyone who attends has something to share, whether it's your first time or your tenth. It's messy, democratic, and completely volunteer-run. If you're into experiential learning and want to meet people who actually practice it, this is the space for it.
