When the sun's out, the big terrace on the plein is where you want to be. The real party trick here is the taptafels. You literally pour your own beers at the table. No waiting, no awkward eye contact with the bartender, just you and your newfound tap skills. It's available for groups of four or more, so bring backup or make friends fast. Upstairs, there's a separate space with its own bar, moody lighting, and a bunch of authentic details. Fits 56 for dinner or 80 if you're doing a borrel.
