Constellations is not a venue. It's a consulting firm called Catalyst Constellations, founded by Shannon Lucas and Tracey Lovejoy. They spent their careers on opposite sides of the same problem: why good strategy so often dies before it becomes real change. One lived it inside companies like Ericsson, Cisco, and Vodafone. One studied it for over a decade at Microsoft. They put both halves of the answer in the same room. The whole thing started with a question: why do some people keep pushing change forward when everyone around them is ready to stop? Their answer wasn't about the leaders themselves.
