Club Katze is basically the student club in Würzburg. Monday is Legendary Monday, and it's been the go-to for students for years. The deal is simple: the Getränkepyramide starts at 1,50 Euro and goes up by a euro every hour, so the earlier you show up, the cheaper your night gets. Full dance floor, Evergreens, Hip Hop & RnB, no fuss. Fridays are for the bigger events. Think Pachangueo, IndecentBass, that kind of thing. They rotate, so you gotta check their Instagram to see what's actually on. Saturdays are Theme World: one week it's 80s/90s classics, the next it's Oldschool Hip Hop or BackTo2016. Every Saturday is a different vibe, so you never really know what you're walking into, in a good way. They also do group stuff. JGAs, team nights, whatever you're planning, you can just send them a request. If you're an aspiring promoter, Friday is your slot to run your own club night. It's central, it's cheap on Mondays, and it's been doing this long enough to know what works.
