Café De Pianist is a bruin cafe in Amsterdam that actually feels like one. Not the polished, touristy kind. The kind where you walk in, grab a seat, and suddenly it's three hours later and you've tried half the drinks menu. The drinks list is the main character here: lots of different beers, some interesting wines, cocktails, and liquors.
