BAUT Oost is your go-to spot on the Wibautstraat, whether you're in for a borrel or a full dinner. Classic dishes, bar bites, and a wine list that actually delivers. The bar is the heart of the place, and the chefs table around the kitchen is where you want to be. They started as a pop-up here in 2012, now they're back and here to stay. From late afternoon you can grab drinks and snacks on the terrace or in the bar, then it turns into a proper buzzing restaurant at night. Upstairs there are two private rooms for anything from brainstorm sessions to babyshowers, so you can make it your own. It's easy to get to, metro station is basically right outside, and there's parking next door with a discount code. The vibe is high quality without being pretentious.
