History
Siduri is al sinds 2009 actief betrokken bij het organiseren van gezellige en leerzame activiteiten, en we worden steeds actiever!
Activities
Siduri organiseert zowel gezelligheids- als studie- en carrièregerelateerde activiteiten. Hiernaast doen we mee aan nationale activiteiten, zoals een nationaal Midden-Oostencongres, in samenwerking met andere studieverenigingen Midden-Oostenstudies in Nederland. Ook gaan we eens per jaar op buitenlandse reis naar een land in het Midden-Oosten, en gaan we op werkbezoeken naar bijvoorbeeld ambassades, bedrijven of regeringsinstellingen.
Mission & vision
Siduri wil een brug vormen tussen studie en studententijd. We willen onze leden actief betrekken bij studie- en carrièregerelateerde onderwerpen, zoals werkbezoeken of extra Arabisch lessen. Maar we willen ook een plek zijn waar studenten Midden-Oostenstudies elkaar en Groningen beter kunnen leren kennen op borrels, feestjes en dinertjes.
