The Villa

The Villa is the leisure arm of Industria, the study association for Industrial Engineering students in Eindhoven. So yeah, it's a student thing, but not in the boring way. It's where the social side of the association actually happens. Think weekly drinks, parties, and trips. The whole point is to give students a break from studying and create some actual informal moments between people who'd otherwise just see each other in lectures. It's less about networking and more about just hanging out, which honestly matters just as much. The vibe is pretty straightforward: you come, you relax, you meet people. No forced fun, no corporate icebreakers. Just drinks and events organized by students for students, which means the people running it actually know what a good time looks like. If you're part of Industria and you want to actually know the people in your program, this is where that happens. The Villa is the reason "study association" doesn't have to mean "sitting in a library together."
